Whiplash 01

SMG Drone added 2 years ago

Just a functional build. No references to anything.

Decided to play with a new triforce system.

Happy to say, first battle with this build got 3 kills with minimal damage taken against a railer, a flying plasma and 2 hoer smgs.

Few other battle consist this same build disarming (because I was the last one alive with a disabled flier) 4 other enemy units which included the mega bot, a medic, a railer and a plasma. I then got chansed by a flying smg and a hover smg to which I eventually died cause they finally disabled me. :(

Anyways, point being, new triforce system works great. Probably will update this build for more firepower, but we'll see. :)

I don't know, it looks pretty fragile. I like the use of eplates but the majority of hovers are exposed. The gun mounts are fragile and there's only six of them. Looks like an easy target :/ I'd try protecting the hovers better and add guns instead of 4 jammers - 2 are usually enough since barely anyone uses radars anymore, they're obsolete.

Hey my name is in the back :D
also I am morally obligated to slap you for creating 1 block thin arms for guns, and exposed hovers D:
You hurt me deep JSU, you hurt me real deep.

Cosmetic yellow could be made cosmetic purple instead, low SMG count, and the back side-most SMGs are on rather flimsy stalks.

All in all this is a decent build, but not nearly as competitive as one should be able to make this.

Other than the mentioned cosmetic change, another simple thing that could help would be to remove a pair of hovers, freeing up some more CPU for guns. 4 Jammers might be overkill, no need to waste cpu.

You can also swap SMG for Plasma, making your lack of guns less punishing.

Actualyl the yellow are purely cosmentic. They don't shield anything at all. :P

Yes. The rear smgs are flimsy, but I'll work on that during the updating process. I like more compact builds and this was the easiest to expand fire power.

As I tend to get around the enemy alot, I require the jammers a fair amount. The plasma I have thought about, but I really wanted to produce an amg out. I have a a large amount of plasma hovers so hence why this build came out.

But appreciate the comments about it. :)

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.
