RedFire (MK II)

Tesla Drone added 2 years ago

MK II version of the RedFire hovercar and i'm happy with this build as-is.
( MK I: http://robocraftgarage.com/b/redfire )

It's pretty resilient to rough driving, it doesn't flip easily, but when it does it doesn't take much effort to flip it over again to align it as it should be...

It can take a good pounding before going dysfunctional.
This is a very agile build, and it is a fast hovercraft too.

I'm including a picture of a previous front design, current front is pretty much all prismas.

In the cubes list I'll add the cubes that i know the amount of, others I'll only add once to the list.

This is not too bad of a build. A good solid medic.

The only issues are weapon clashes.

And for a little bit of boosted movement, adding side thrusters would benefit for faster maneuverability. :)

I have done some testing of that and this one turns rather quickly without them, so I figured I'd use those for extra forward thrust.

Regarding weapon clashes; It's usually not so bad - But LOS should prioritize weapons. This is a minor thing when healing multiple targets though.

wow nice build!
at the first look it seemed very fragile due to the over exposition of front wheels then i noticed the hovers; i think this should be just a hovercraft.

Thing is i didn't want a pure hover...
