As seen in the video, your isolation of wheel mounts and general core suvivability after the loss of a major chunk of chassis is pretty good.
However, your entire frame (Since its a wheel bot) is very vulnerable to Plasma(you nearly got 1 volleyed by a Plasma towards the start of the video).
Your weapon redundancy is, sadly, pathetic and the Gun Clearance on those SMGS are questionable.

The weapon redundancy is not sth that this bot aiming for, the whole point is to deliver ION to target. In order to have good energy pool for block spam killing, this bot has not so much HP, where weapon redundancy only required if you have enough HP to stay in fight. The tactic is hit and run and when IONs are off its time to run, more SMG doesnt mean a lot to this bot.

The gun placement is intended for side guns, which I could put them much further to front but that will be shot off more easily. In some situation you want sth that harder to shoot off till last HP (there is a case in the vid 2:40, against a block spam, where he had hard time to shoot off my last two side guns)

Ps, the chassis is just a block spam without structures like triforce etc. thats how this game featured with sadly.

Thx for rating.

Sorry that my rating is a bit on the low side.
I don't come around this site that much but I rate very harshly so don't take it to heart.

It was a bit risky with me judging this bot, since I usually use front line plasma hovers or rails. Finally, today I tried an Ion bot and well I had similar but fun results. Upping the ratings slightly

Its a fast block spam counter, with 260mph speed and dual ION. There is drawback as any other wheeled bot for sure. Thx for rating:)
