Dawn of Purgatory

SMG Cruiser added 5 months ago

This is my third cosmega bot, and for sure the hardest to build. It took ages to get rid of small holes in the bot, but the result is quite nice.

I already had different color combinations, but i thought, a contrast would be perfectly fitting for this one. It is very fast, and has 0 durability.

You can actually use Dawn of Purgatory in battle, but it is recommended to play passively. Helping you teammates with the Nanos and the Windowmaker module.

I think, it is still not finished, i am not completely done with the color selection, comment if you have ideas....

I'm very proud of winning the wheel-bot contest by frommy97 aka Thomas with this cosmega bot (completely painted green back then...), that was maybe one of the best things that happened to me in Robocraft.

I will upload this bot, like my other cosmegas, to the Robotfactory as long as i play Robocraft.

Anyway, ideas for improvement are welcome!

This is a really impressive looking bot. :c)

I wish you had also included a screenie of the underside of the bot! I'm left wondering if you are using wheels or hovers or such :cP

Really impressive and cannot suggest cosmetic improvements!

Thank you :c)

It provides insight into how such a grand looking bot can be built at sub-mega CPU levels.

I'd imagine that you would be tempted to flesh out its interior at higher CPU levels if garage space weren't an issue :c)

I already built one Megabot out of a former Cosmega, it worked perfectly, mainly because i had always planned to finish the cosmega, but never had enough CPU available. Maybe i will finish my other Cosmegas, too one day...

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.

Constructive Voting

Hey, seems like you're about to place your first constructive vote. That's awesome! I just wanted to inform you a bit about it before you jump into voting though. You can vote on any comment accompanied with a rating as a "Constructive Review". This will give the reviewer a "Constructive Point".
