M3 Lee

SMG Hover added 8 months ago

the M3 Lee was an american medium tank, armed with a 75mm sponson-mounted main gun, a 37mm turreted secondary gun, and multiple machine guns. this tank was designed after the american army realised it needed a better gun than their current 37mm gun, and decided on a 75mm gun, however, due to much higher recoil, they didnt have any turret capable of mounting it. to get a tank into service with a 75mm main gun untill a turret capable of housing one was created, they decided to make a tank with a sponson mounted one. the 37mm turret cannon was also added to be able to deal with light tanks from any angle if necesary.

this tank is gunless as-is but does have internal hovers already added to it. you can mount any weapon you want but i advice disintregrators for good firepower at all ranges and against any target.

i do not play world of tanks, as i find it a very bad, unrealistic and just plainly unfun game. i play war thunder instead.

Good job.
The tank itself sucks (War Thunder + Heroes & Generals experience)
But you've managed to capture its... unique-ness :p

In heroes and generals, it exells against light tanks if supported by secondary gunther

I love this tank, it could kill 7 people with one shot....through the hull...and into the ammo rack.

that's not even a light tank, that's a recon tank, not really useless since it was a scout

it was designated a light tank, sooo.... and you also got the origional M3 Lee which had 5 more LMG's mounted to it (2 front hull, 1 in the right cheek, 2 more at the sides of the turret)
