Aphid - So you think skis suck?

The aphid is a frontline, in and out keyboard sled with an EMP and 8 disentegrators. It is a challenge to pilot, and aiming the EMP and smgs while drifting around at 350 MPH is not an easy task. It is based on old mega plate designs, and revolves around the idea of using the plates as a damage soak combined with maneuverability. While the plates are far frailer than they were, combining this with high maneuverability and speed means This design still works. The module core that I have installed rather than having a pilot seat gets you away most of the time if you use ghost in place of EMP. it is, however, important to remember to turn before you must, as oversteering to counteract overshooting a turn is terribly unreliable, and can get you flying off walls. Adhering to 2014 traditions, this bot will not be on the crf, however I will upload the core, which is 2 leopard thrusters, a ski, 3 panther thrusters, an EMP module, a disentegrator, and some TX corners.

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.
