Introducing the T8 Bloodrain!

Ok, I'm just going to point out something. Yes, I acknowledge that I only used cubes and didn't use prisms or tetras. I did this so you can arrange them how you want.

The T8 Bloodrain is a decent money maker, getting me around 30,000 to 250,000 RP. It's also quick, able to move faster than most robots.

This Helicopter needs only 2 rotors to sustain movement and with 4 rotors total, you can keep in the air for long periods of time.

6 T8 Plasma tend to do some nice damage, and the multiple pairs of T8 Electroplates guard the tail and wings.

When building this helicopter, you need only need one rotor in the front and back, then adding the last pair of 2 together.

This is my first submission so let me know on what you think I could improve with.

I took a few snapshots of the robot with no armor on for people who want to build it, this making it easier to see the actual robots structure.

In my opinion building an efficient flier in T9 is the hardest thing to do. In a T8 battle SMG tanks usually have a Max of 5-6 (rarely 7) SMG from which a max of 2-3 is only T10. They are mostly T9 SMGs.In T9 battles the most common class to see is SMG Tank/cruiser. They have like minimum 6-9 T10 SMGs but i saw a monstrosity with 12.Their ONLY weakness is the fact that because of all the SMG that eat the pFlops, they cannot put Electros on their robot, making them very "squishy". Also these "Gun-Beds" usually have T7-T8 armor cubes, making them even weaker than they already are.Their only good armor is their guns. I have 7 SMGs and thanks to that i can put a decent amount of electros to protect my tank. Since my Tank is more Balanced than other SMG tanks i see in T9 i usually last a while. Ofcourse if i get into a 1 v 3 then i get wrecked quite quickly. I think that choppers are best for support, because they can be torn apart quickly. Always stick to your teammates. Going in alone is totall suicide. This heli got a lot of potential but still needs some refining.

Trust me, I've slowly been adding a lot of modifications.

The current design has 5 helis, guns on the sides and armor covering the underside.

I then added some side armor to protect the tail and so on. Overall it's been improving, not to mention it can look more like a helicopter with these rounded armor blocks

Doesn't look very though. I imagine that a rail can one-shot it from the front because there are only electros at the sides. It does sound good that it has 5 rotors and can fly with two rotors.I also imagine that it's harder to hit.Sort of liking it. It does irritate my eyes that it haven't got prisms."...So you can arrange it however you want" is not a good enough excuse for not using prisms, but whatever you say.Also...are those Tier Two plates....on a tier EIGHT robot? My eyes are burning. help....

Actually, yes. Normally I like using elctroplates on the front of the robot, like tier 7.

It doesn't usually get one shot, but when I do it's from T10 Railguns.

I do agree, the fact that it has prisms is on my lazy side.

I'm slowly adding them on, so when I finish that I'll probably upload better pictures with prisms.

All in all I tend to last a while in T8 Battles, but right now I'm starting into T9 so it'll most likely improve a lot more.

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.

Constructive Voting

Hey, seems like you're about to place your first constructive vote. That's awesome! I just wanted to inform you a bit about it before you jump into voting though. You can vote on any comment accompanied with a rating as a "Constructive Review". This will give the reviewer a "Constructive Point".
