Hybrid Walker/Flyer Plasma "Flappy"

Plasma Drone added 2 years ago

This is something I threw together to satisfy my bombing/walking needs: the hybrid bomber "Flappy".

As you can see, "Flappy"s main structure is a basic skeleton frame, making it light, agile-and easy to destroy. One good hit from a SMG on the body and your front/back parts are gone. As such, even I don't really rate "Flappy"s survivability rate. Yet, this bomber's power is quite good, able to fire all 7 plasmas at a 45 degree angle to easily strike enemies down. Got a pesky rail walker parked on a mountain? Sneak up to them and blast them in the face with the 4 walker legs you have. If all else fails, the cockpit does have engines attached to try and rocket you back to a medic.

As always, feel free to use, edit and comment on what "Flappy" can improve on (I know there is a lot to improve on, but what with my RP count and pFlops...)

As I have said, my pFlop count is always an annoying factor when it comes to making robots. Add to the fact that making a flatbed base would expose it even more, and there's my reason. I do agree that something could be done.

Maybe u should opt for some t6 builds, or no,-hybrid t7 builds until ur lvl increases?

Edit:
And the walker legs are quite cpu demanding, so maybe opt fo another method of transportation?
Btw: If legs are really wanted,3 r usually enuf
:)

Right now, I have 2 locked-in designs, the "Fury" and "ArraySeven", the other hangar is for me to make new designs to put on this website. But, I am still trying to raise my levels, so that's one thing.
P.S. Thanks for the suggestions :)

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.
