WindSurfer PG-1

Plasma Hover added 10 months ago

22/1/17 - CAMERA CONTROLS - Also try out "WindSurfer LL-1", it's megalaser counterpart

WindSurfer PG-1 is a glass-cannon hover at 1050 CPU with 2 megaplasma. It has a monstrous alpha strike with 7 megaplasma volleys, and can easily cripple any sprinter you come across. It also has 6 nano binders (Ideal heal rate when at ally's height facing sideways).

Best strategy is to stay behind teammates and heal whenever you are not attcking, allowing you to rack up points. Also melts towers at high OC.

Pros:
-Very powerful alpha strike allows you to decimate most non-tanky bots you encounter
-You can heal allies with 0 energy binders while regaining energy for another attack. In other words, non-stop score!
-This bot is an expert at turning an enemy sprinter/mech into a very angry blob of blocks sliding across the ground
-Has a balance mechanism, so if one mega plasma is destroyed, the bot will still remain quite balanced allowing you to escape or continue fighting
-Tri-forced and has damage routing

Cons:
-Robo2 is it's archnemesis
-Drones...
-Glass cannon, so it can be destroyed easily
-Lack of thrusters means it lacks acceleration and good handling
-It will struggle against flyers

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.
