Osiris Hovertank

Plasma Hover added 3 months ago

Hovertank that was sitting around in my bay for a while now. Uses aerofoils and rudders for cosmetic purposes only. Rotation is quite slow. Modified from Vanguard - 12 support cruiser chassis.

Also new rank. Woo.

Alright, I gotta admit that this was worth logging back in for. This looks scarily similar to a WH40K Eldar unit, the Falcon, or the Fire Prism. Either way, this looks kickass and terrifying. While the usage of wings to form the more specialized angles found on the sides of this design isn't entirely new, I do love their orientation nonetheless. Although, how does it affect the handling of such a hover based design? Does it handle better or face greater air resistance?

It doesn't, wings are used as cosmetics. Acts more of a hover tank rather than a aircraft

I use the word "fly" for both flyer and hover. Sorry for the confusion.
