VK 45.01 (P) Porsche Tiger

SMG Tank added 5 months ago

A replica of Porsche's VK 45.01 (P)Tiger (P), a Tiger prototype. This replica is driven by four caterpillar tracks hidden below and is armed with Disintegrator Lasers. It takes up a CPU of 4,250 and weighs 45,400 kg. It is modeled after the real Porsche Tiger, my personal favorite tank, a prototype heavy tank that competed in trials with Henschel's Tiger I, though in the end the Tiger I was selected for production. Its design took parts from the Porsche Typ 100, better known as the VK 30.01 (P) Leopard. Its design, uniquely, included a petrol-electric drive system, which was not commonly used at the time. This Robocraft version includes an interior, with modules modeled such as the engines, transmission, machine guns, cannon breech, ammo racks, fuel tanks, and radiators. The view ports include glass so they can be seen through, though in order to enter the tank a block must be removed first. It is very tanky and well-armed thanks to its disintegrator lasers, however this is its only armament so it's poor at burst damage. There are vapor trails inside to simulate exhaust smoke, and the sprockets on the ends of the decoration tracks use discoverer wheels so that they can actually spin. It is a very fun tank both to play with and to look at, having both a high detail level and a high health due to its megabot status.

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.
