M8 Greyhound

SMG Cruiser added 2 years ago

The M8 Greyhound,at last on Robocraft! My favorite armored car of WW2.

Sorry for the selection of colors, wish I had premium colors.

Difficult design this one, lots of sloping pretty much everywhere.Took me a while.

Its not the best design, but it came out OK eventually.

*Update:I enhanced the sides a bit, gave them a better look, you can see it on the last 2 images.

*Update 2:I added hover blades, for better turning, plus it is able to fly!,2 in the side, and 1 inside the tank. Why?Because Murica!

I think it needs to be wider, looks like someone squished the sides in. also it looks like each pair of wheels is attached to the same block, so if a wheel is blown off and breaks the block, then you'll lose both wheels. making it wider would help avoid that.

other than that it's okay, but what is that circle of blocks around the gun in top?

I know,it's not the best build, but I like it,it has its issues though, but since I worked on this for 5-6 hours I am more than done.I have changed some things, but I haven't uploaded any screenshots,I added 3 hover blades,2 on the sides and 1 inside, helps a lot on its maneuverability while also it can fly quite well. The thing on the top is basically a second turret ring for the machine gun,too bad the image I uploaded(which was hard to find an old good one),doesn't have one,it was rather special since you could turn the machine gun 360 degrees, but since the machine gun always pointed on the front,I did that as well with the gun.Thank you for supporting the builds though!

You should make this way bigger to be able to get more details.

Agreed,It was very difficult to do,with all the sloping pretty much everywhere,a lot of weird shapes, especially the turret, which is round all the way,but it turned out alright.

I found out that the screenshots make it look different,it is a little bigger than what it seems. But since noone had made the M8,I was more than happy to do it,If I had 1k+ cpu,I would make it much bigger, but since I am kinda limited right now, this is the prefered size for now.

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..
