Dont want vegetables? HOW ABOUT A BULLET THEN??

Rail Drone added 2 years ago

Doesn't look like much. If wagonWheels's round here he will say that the thrusters are under-tiered again... If a rail hater is round here he will say, fuck rails and if a Hater is round here, he will say fuck me.
Did I guess right? (I hope not)
Anyway, this bot is divided in many skeleton cores, the armor core is however alone. The TX-1 blocks being too expensive in CPU. (as you can see I'm not fully TX-1 armored...well now you know why, CPU) there is the weapons core (more like a stick), hard to get, thanks to this you can end up at 1% and still have a gun. then there is the legs core etc... BEWARE the rudders are connected on the armor core, not on a separate inner core. But do not worry much, the surface of the armor is carved a bit and allows minimal damage redirection.
Moreover, this building allows a small bot, with good armor.
By saying good armor I mean that it can take some rail/plasma shots and still be able to fly/walk as if nothing happened and it can survive smgs long enough to escape. Watch out for your rudders, they have lower armor than wings, so you will have to use your driving skills to take the damage on the belly.
By the way, the belly is used as protection against plasma AoE attacks that can sometimes spread under your bot. and it also serves as a counterweight, just to make the bot a bit... well.. heavier kinda, it feels better for me to drive.
This rail can be awesome in dogfights, you can doge plasmas easily and hit them hard with rails. The little (perhaps useless) jammer is used as a (very) weak shield to protect the blocks holding the wings...
hmm I think that's all I got to say about this bot.

PS: IT'S NOT A TANK DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MISSING E-PLATES, I LIKE PLAYING WITHOUT E-PLATES ANYWAY, AND ALSO THIS IS MY BUILD I DO WHATEVER I WANNA DO, NAH.

PPS: DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE UNDER-TIERED THRUSTERS, I CHOSE THIS, THIS IS 100% INTENTIONAL. I GOT MY REASONS TO DO THAT.

PPPS: IT LOOKS LIKE MY CAPS KEY IS STUCK, NOW EVERYONE WILL THINK THAT I'M MAD D:

Pros:
_Stable flight
_Good rail/plasma resistance
_Good (enough) smg resistance
_Reliable triforce
_much TX-1, many Cores, such wow

Cons:
_only 3 rails (my advice: aim well)
_low armor on rudders
_no emergency ejection seat
_no E-plates (I like it that way =_=)
_not full TX-1 armored...why, CPU....why....

Decent ideas, Still love the walker hybrid fad you had going on here, I'm still living in mine but with the addition of missile launchers :(

Where are the e-plates? Why undertiered thrusters??
WHY'S UR CAPS KEY STUCK??? :P

muahahahahah, my plan worked perfectly! I KNEW that you would all say that and give a feedback muahahahahahahaha I'm so eeeviiillll.
Now I used T8 thrusters for 3 reasons:
1) I can't put more T8 thrusters than T10 ones. (easy huh?)
2) If I DID place T10 thrusters, I will have like 3 of em on each side (which provides less thrust that having 5 T8 ones: 423*3=1296N for T10 and 346.667*5=1733.335N for T8 for but anyway) now as you can see the plane doesn't have a vertical rudder. And you know T10 thrusters are big don't you? If I have only 3 on each side, they will be most likely be shot off fast, leaving a side with no thrusters! You get where I'm going? YES! the plane will eventually end up spinning on its own, not being able to fly in a straight line! With 5T8 thrusters on each side, it will be "longer" for the enemy to leave one of my sides blank.
don't believe me? Well I was never got shot down for thruster reason, and I play this bot for a while now.
3) T10 thrusters would look awful on this, the size and shape of the bot doesn't allow such a big thing (in esthetic terms)

now, the rails problem. Obviously you don't know me, but as you may have noticed I never used more than 3 rails in battle and I never built anything with more than 3 rails (well no not really I once built a bot with 20 T4 rails just to see if it works... it didn't.)
This is 100% a game-play choice I did, same for plasmas, I never use more than 4. Don't worry about nanos, I never use less than 5 and don't even dare speak about smgs <O>__<O>

PS: I was also aggressive because I knew wagonwheels would show up and say that my thrusters are under-tiered and also.... I was in a bad mood while writing this and I still am =_=

the thrusters are under-tiered again

First of all why are you so aggressive in the description? It almost seems like you don't want feedback on your robot?

Second of all, you never explained why you are using t8 thrusters. There's no reason for using undertiered components in t10 except for space issues.

Third of all there's no reason to use less than 6 guns in t10, just why would you nerf your ability to deal damage, not to mention rails in t10 can't oneshot like in lower tiers and you need to nail several hits to cripple the enemy.

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.

Constructive Voting

Hey, seems like you're about to place your first constructive vote. That's awesome! I just wanted to inform you a bit about it before you jump into voting though. You can vote on any comment accompanied with a rating as a "Constructive Review". This will give the reviewer a "Constructive Point".

When should I vote a comment as constructive though?

Why do one want these points?

After receiving about 100 total amount of votes the user will get a chance of being promoted to "Approved Reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Approved Reviewer?

As an approved reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Approved reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.

Ok, got it! I want to place my vote now.
