Practical Robot

PILLAR

General Robot added 4 months ago

Standing in at over 40 blocks high what this huge megabot lacks in firepower (I didn't have enough MSMGs), it makes up in tankiness. With the central body composed ENTIRELY of armour this bot weighs nearly 56.000 kg and has a total health of 8.5 milion. On the CRF, ENJOY!

8.5 mil? Pfft bud, you haven't seen nothing. Nice bot, but you haven't reached its full tanking potential. Try building long instead of tall if you want tankiness. Once those mega plasmas get torn off from the center of the bot, it will start taking heavy frontal damage, and based on the length of the bot, with any energy modifications specifically for mega battling, I bet that someone could drill a hole using plasma fire or shotguns right through the center of the bot.

You'd be surprised mate. I agree it hasn't yet reached its max potential, mostly beacuse I don't have enough guns and I ran out of actual blocks. However it is reamarkably tanky all the same; had a friend strip off weapons and legs and he still took 10-15 secs firing at max speed with 300% energy bonus to shoot through the core.

Don't get me wrong, I still be this thing tanks, it's just I'm laughing sitting on two megas, one at 11 million and one at 12.5 million hp. Its still a good bot.

Pretty generic shape, however the electroplates would make this decently hard to kill. Good paint job, too :)

Thnx :) Yeah I've never been good at making shapes, in most of my builds I rely on the shape of the shield to dictate the form the robot takes. This is one such case. However you are right, it is remarkably tanky.

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..
