Thundercloud ꞮꞮ

Plasma Bomber added 2 months ago

Thundercloud ꞮꞮ (Or "Thundercloud II" for those who don't have support for the keycode used) is a modern-day remake of Juvar23's original "Thundercloud" design, mainly used by the Atlas Core clan.

This modern-day remake features the same awesome maneuverability - at least, as close as I could get - and still has a fairly robust chassis with some rather insane aerofoil placement inside to ensure you can take a few hits and keep on the fly.

Unfortunately the new design requires light cubes to be used where there were previously Carbon 6 cubes on the original design, and this could not be averted in any viable way what-so-ever.

WEAPON CHOICE:
This design has railguns on it as an optional addon. They are used primarily for drone-to-drone combat, and give the TC2 a strong advantage over drone opponents.

IMAGES:
The two images where you can see the functional parts highlighted inside was done via making a copy of the bot and removing only the chassis cubes. I then took two screenshots while in edit mode (one of each bot) and overlapped them, so that the chassis one was on the bottom and the empty one was on the top. I then cut out the stats, paint tool, and my profile image + party data and made the empty (top) image slightly transparent.

I've heard about this bomber before and the modernized version looks weird inside. Also nice Photos with an X-ray type vision.
