Rail Mech added 4 months ago

Hi everyone,

Here's a mega version of my -Fiddler-, of course it's bigger, stronger, tankier, with huge guns... well it's just a mega war mecha ^^'
I serioulsy wish FJ will add mega sprinter legs tho, I want thicker legs like C6 ones :/

Functional parts :

- 2 rail legendary
- 15 plasma epic
- 1 shield module
- 1 EMP module
- 1 blink module
- A strut / rodforced chassis

You may notice I slightly changed the bottom part of the cannons for some ammo tanks... And I used the same as my tank basically cuz i'm inlove with this big gun ^^

Those... 'auxiliary' custom built weapons look beautiful. Nice use of headlights.

"I serioulsy wish FJ will add mega sprinter legs tho, I want thicker legs like C6 ones :/"

Same... But they should buff them before... Especially after boostremoval.

-less health then mechlegs
-only a little bit faster then mechlegs
-currently no health boost unlike mechs
-and they stop after using the long jump making it almost useless

Yeah ikr... but these thigh, are so good looking compared to mech legs, so I would'nt care that much about having less HP tbh , if I can have style !

Same, but still why must people who think that mechlegs are ugly have such an disadvantage?

Another amazing looking megabot - this time with megalegs.

This appears to be just as tough as your megatank - with more mobility. As with most mechs the weakness is the legs and it would have been good to include some hovers in there for more survival ability.

On a different note - I do think that users like you could benefit from this, if it ever became a reality.

Another brilliant bot. Well done.

Back in time hovers would have been a good idea, but now that they don't work far away from the ground, sadly they're just fucked up on megabots...

Imma check your post as well ^^

Thank you for the feedback on the post. It was appreciated and I found your suggestions very pertinent. ^_^

I am surprised to hear that hovers wouldn't help, even with the removal of the legs' height. I guess the alternative is to armour up those legs' skirting even more (without compromising the looks). :c)

Yeah, and the more you waste CPU for the skirt, the less you have for the real chassis tho... mechs must be real mechs now, so they are weaker as in the past :/

I'm working on a mech with 4 rear rotors tho, I hope it will help him to jump really high and climb walls easier, as in the good old time eheh :)

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.

Constructive Voting

Hey, seems like you're about to place your first constructive vote. That's awesome! I just wanted to inform you a bit about it before you jump into voting though. You can vote on any comment accompanied with a rating as a "Constructive Review". This will give the reviewer a "Constructive Point".
