=HΞX= Surprise Bot Rekt Legacy (till MkƗ.Ɨ)

Ion Hover added 2 years ago

Hi everyone, here at the new ghost in the shell… hu ghost in the machine with a new bot made for the occasion!

A little hoover with ghost module, energy module and 2x Ion Distorter (or the “Shotgun” as I call it).

Agile, can’t get stuck upside-down, do a bit of wiggle wiggle wiggle but fairly easy to control.
The two shotguns assure you to have a good fire rate compared to a lot of mono-weapon thing we see out there.
Take advantage of a cool light armor in “sponge”, like a tesserract, and some electroplates, allowing you to heads on a rail or a smg without being atomised in 1 or two shots, as you’re a tiny little trolling machine^^.
The ghost module allows you to flank the ennemy team quite easily, while the energy module give you a bit of regen that is pretty usefull with heavy energy-sucking weapons as these two.

There is actually 4 versions available on the CRF:

The “ion+ghost+energymodule”. This one is the beta version, since that I’ve made few improvements, like adding/turning blocks to make it more trusty (the beta version have quite few flaws on its frame), that were pieces (ghost and shotgun) that I didn’t knew at this time, and well… a good one, but not the best… didn’t even had a name for it XD
And it was premium only. An other flaw!

The second version on the shop, slightly improved compared to the first one, with better placement and connections between blocks, better placement of electrshields, and changing 2 of the back ones from t1 to t2. It’s a “loose” version, just the frame. You have to had the modules yourself.
Notice that the rating got from 3-3 to 4-4. These tweaks were effective!

The third and I think final version of the bot, the update v1.1 (as the first was v0.1 in my head, as a beta, and the frame one was v1 “fixed”) has very few differencies with the frame. 3 rearanged blocks, 2 slopes and 2 inner corner reoriented, and a spot to put a flag/spike/vaportrail.

The fourth is only a frame version like the second, but with the tweaks of the third.

I think that will be the last version till a patch massively change something important for this bot. If it’s the case, the outdated versions of the bot will be removed from the CRF, and a new updated one will see the sunlight.

And, like for the Tachyon Vixen, the screenshot of my first arena battle (in ranked this time!) to let you see how I performed with the v1.1 in hands!

Hum… Well I’m pretty satisfied of what I came up with.
Not sure if that was worth it tho, cause uploading those 4, 1 after an other to correct flaws of the previous one cost me around 21M RP :’(
Hope you’ll like it too!

thanks :3
The first version was really a flying design, not really made for fighting purposes. But the Mk1.1 is quite efficient for its light frame!

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.

Constructive Voting

Hey, seems like you're about to place your first constructive vote. That's awesome! I just wanted to inform you a bit about it before you jump into voting though. You can vote on any comment accompanied with a rating as a "Constructive Review". This will give the reviewer a "Constructive Point".
