Heroling Couriers (Dota 2)

Medic Tank added 1 year ago

I think this is the first bot I've made that was completely just for the sake of making it for art and has no intention of getting into battle.

It started with me wanting to create a bot that uses rotorcopters as a movement option since I don't have one yet. After much deliberation, I decided to try out making Dota 2's Huntling (A courier version of the hero, Bounty Hunter). I made him but he turned out to be quite small, too small for battle so I decided to give him a buddy to fight with. One became two, and two now turned to three.

I was now at a point where I know this bot isn't all that viable in battle but I didn't want my effort to go to waste. As such, I set the platform for all of them to parade in and added the Dota 2 logo in front. Tada~ Now I have a Dota 2 float parade...of sorts.

I probably could've added one more heroling (Pudge, Winter Wyvern or Outworld Devourer) but I decided that I was too sleepy (It's 4 AM here and I haven't slept yet) to add another.

Anywho, I'm just ranting now. Enjoy the build and stuff or whatever~

Edit: I forgot to add Doom's wings x.x I should get some sleep soon...
Added it now
Edit 2: Updated. Moved Venoling a bit closer to the middle. Moved the logo up a few blocks. Made the platform neater. Added Nanotech Disruptors
Edit 3: This bot has been decommissioned out of service in order to make space for new builds

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.

Constructive Voting

Hey, seems like you're about to place your first constructive vote. That's awesome! I just wanted to inform you a bit about it before you jump into voting though. You can vote on any comment accompanied with a rating as a "Constructive Review". This will give the reviewer a "Constructive Point".
