Practical Robot

Big Black Block

SMG Megabot added 2 years ago

This is my mega hover.

Pros:
11 SMGs
8 hovers
compartmentalized hovers
detachable compartments (I can lose the ship in 1/3rds and still maintain hover)
TX skeleton with black block thick skin
Does not need medics to be relevent

Cons:
Very heavy and turning takes time
Medium speed - definitely won't be chasing anyone!

Looks solid. I like the wiring of redundent connections and how you placed the hover points so as not to lose them easily. But id does seem a little frail I do have to agree... From the front it takes a lot of damage I gather but if you get a flank from behind that could end badly very fast... Also I love the amount of guns but it can't shoot air as well with the undermounts and side mounts. Overall a solid looking build though and it looks pretty intimidating as well :)
P.S. You get brownie points for not using EP :P

Ah, now I see why you think it's fragile... You're a T9 player. Hope to see you in T10 soon!

Sorry I didn't mean to sound like a "know it all" if that was the message you were getting. Fragile isn't the word its more vulnerable to fire without electroplates I guess, ill up the score after looking at a couple of the other megabots in game, it does looks much more capable than a lot of them. I am t10, my last build I uploaded was t9, its just so hard to catch up with this site from everything thats going on now.

In the game chat was a message, did you take the screenshot on purpose when you saw that? just curious.

No biggie man! No I didn't take the screenshot on purpose, but after I was looking through the shots before uploading I found that easter egg and found it pretty funny. Haha. Thanks!

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?
