Viper MK 83 (BSG/Robonews inspired Megabot Viper)

General Robot added 2 months ago

After building the Viper MK II inspired by the Aerofoils Robonews and Battlestar Galactica I knew I had to build a mega version and just go crazy with it. But I almost gave up after the update, because it was build with heavy blocks it just could not stay in the air (or keep a leveled flight) plus the nose propeller I had for faster loopings actually messed up the flight.

Only one thing to do: Go full TX-1 and it worked! With about 7 tons now the Mega Viper handles great! And can take even more punishing, plus it’s fast enough to run away from flak using it’s 3 modules, EMP, Shields and Blink (in about that order when in combat).

I gotta say it’s the mega bot I have most fun with it, people love to see it in the Battlefield and it packs a punch. (Energy set at 300%) I Could have add 2 mega plasmas but it would mess up the visual style of the plane. Plus, even with 300% energy is more of a hit and run craft, just like it’s little cousin the Mk II. Another detail is that it has . 7245 CPU, so If you wanna add something extra you can go for it, especially since you already have a fully functional and combat ready craft.

Specs:

Mega Viper Mk 83 – 59% health Boost, 37% speed boost. 7245 CPU .
CRF Name : Viper MK 83
CRF Player: JediMasterkenobi (case sensitive).

Constructive Points

Constructive points are what you get when other users mark your reviews (comment+ratings) as constructive.

When should you mark a review as constructive though?

If you answer yes to at least three of these questions you should definitely mark it as constructive; is the review..

  1. friendly?
  2. helpful?
  3. encouraging?
  4. well structured?
  5. fair relative to the CPU used?

Why do I want these points?

After receiving X amount of points you will get a chance of being promoted to "trusted reviewer". This promotion is done by a moderator if (s)he thinks your comment and rating behaviour is reasonable.

Trusted reviewer?

As a trusted reviewer you no longer need to write a comment when rating a robot. If you add a comment you will receive extra points. Trusted reviewer is not necessarily permanent, continous bad behaviour or lack of comments might get you demoted.
